Territory Sales Manager - Transylvania Area

Our client, a global leader in the development and production of medical solutions is looking for a Territory Sales Manager - Transylvania Area. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to take full ownership of developing customer relationships and driving sales performance within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its current and prospective clients, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions that promote long-term business growth.

Primary Objective:

Identifying and attracting new customers in the allocated area - Cluj, Maramures, Salaj, Alba with a focus on 50% farming and 50% hunting.

Manage a defined geographical territory, focusing on the growth of existing accounts and the conversion of prospective clients.

Develop and execute a strategic Territory Activity Plan based on the evaluation of each account's potential within the assigned geography.

Apply a consultative sales approach, leveraging insights to support customers in developing their business, while proactively challenging them to uncover new opportunities for growth.

Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the designated territory.

Leverage data and analytics to identify business opportunities, anticipate challenges, and mitigate potential risks.

Educate and support customers in adopting the company portfolio, ensuring clinical confidence through virtual platforms and on-site training session.

Key Activities:

Identify, target, and convert prospect accounts and new business.

Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet the country’s specific sales objectives.

Provide excellent in person attention and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to facilitate future clinical education.

Participate in and carry out the implementation of new launches from Marketing and new product sales objectives.

Participate in regional and national trade shows. 

Attend Regional and National sales and training meetings.

Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales objectives for all  products over a given territory by developing profitable relationships with select dental practices and their related team members, and the community at large.  

Alternate between visiting customers in the field and using digital aids to conduct sales meetings and various presentations to achieve set goals.

Develop short and long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts to develop the designed territory.

Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule your own activities so these targets are met. 

Cross selling due to set strategy.

Participate in cross functional groups.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within dental business.

Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably Pharma, Medical Devices or Healthcare.

Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.

Experience and proficiency in consultative selling (B2B environment).

High customer and business orientation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Result oriented, capable of growing sales and customer base.

Ability to analyse data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.

Fluent in Romanian and in English.

Driver's License.
