Overview:
Diversey is hiring a new Account Manager! In this role, you’ll support sales and service for existing customers while also driving new business development with industrial food and beverage accounts.
What You'll Do:
The primary focus of this role is to drive new business growth while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships. This includes proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the industrial food and beverage sector. In parallel, you'll provide technical expertise to support customer retention by optimizing chemical dosing and applications, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions to improve sanitation and operational efficiency. Your ability to combine sales development with hands-on technical support will be key to success in this role.
Business Development/Sales – Cold calls, prospecting, survey/audits, presentationsServicing Accounts - Plant chemical management, sanitation program review, training on safety, chemical use concentrations, trouble shooting on cleaning issues, identify plant operational savings in water, energy and laborAccount profitability review, review of products sold to accounts on an ongoing basis.Time Management for monthly service and reporting, presentation skills. Office support i.e. email and phone communications, report writing, and continuing account manager education.
