• Academic Qualification

o Graduate or Post-graduate preferably in Marketing Communications or Journalism 

OR

o Degree in BSc Computer Science, BCA , Advanced Certificate in Computer Training (GNIIT)

• Basic IT aptitude to be able to understand Oracle Products and how they are organized

• 2+ years of experience in the education industry / social media platforms / Community Moderation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (since the role is customer-facing) -- a “people person” with great customer service skills.

• Excellent social media aptitude: How platforms work, collaborative learning, how to keep customers engaged on the platform

• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
