Customer Success Services Inside Sales Team

Sells and promotes Customer Success Services (CSS)

 

The Oracle CSS Business Development is focused on growing revenue in its target market of Oracle install base customers in the APAC market.

As a member of Oracle's Support Sales organization, you will manage a high volume of low value orders from our install base customers.  This position is responsible for the end to end deal management of these opportunities including forecasting, contracting, booking, invoicing, issue management and delivery handoff. 

 

Meet and exceed assigned sales target Drive revenue by quickly and accurately quoting and fulfilling orders for our services Increase pipeline through outstanding customer services and repeat business Collaborate with the County Field Sales teams and Oracle business partners on opportunity and account coverage

Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle systems portfolio and CSS services
