\n\nExecute call plan provided by Multichannel Coordinator/Telemarketing Manager\nUse communications skills to identify decision makers for Express shipping and gain access to them.\nCombine sales skills with DHL product/service knowledge and convert the maximum possible suspect leads into prospects/identify rank-up potential during re-qualification.\nContinually develop knowledge of DHL’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximise the department’s contribution to the sales function.\n\nCustomer Information Maintenance & Reporting
YOUR PROFILE
\n\nExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\nWell- developed relationship skill and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.\nTypically requires Bachelor of Degree in related discipline and or 3- 4 years of Sales & Account management experience.\nExperience in working Contact Centre (Outbound) Environment.\n\nOUR OFFER
