The Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for a variety of assignments within a manufacturing environment. Technician Production Operations facilitates the reproduction and packaging of intricate Hematology and Life Science Reagent kits.

This position is part of the 780 Packaging and Reproduction Department located in Hialeah, FL and will be on-site.   At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the 780 Packaging and Reproduction Department and report to the Supervisor Production Operations responsible for the reproduction and packaging of intricate Hematology and Life Science Reagent kits. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Product kitting

Off-line and on-line label printing product literature imprinting and folding, collating & bundling

Set-up, maintain, and operate equipment using various tools and software programs

Inspect, calibrate, and adjust equipment

Adapt to the Danaher Business System (DBS) culture.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High School Diploma/GED and/or two years related experience

Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.

Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role:

Able to lift 50lbs.

Able to stand for 3hrs. between breaks.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Certified Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operator

Familiar in Oracle Discrete software
