DescriptionHauptaufgaben\nTeammitglieder und Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen trainieren und anweisen.\nReparieren oder Einstellen aller elektronischen Geräte, sowie der HVAC Anlagen und der Sanitäranlagen. \nEnergiesparend arbeiten und Ideen und Anregungen zum Thema „Energiesparen“ an die Technische Leitung weitergeben. In Notfallsituationen gilt es stets verfügbar zu sein um Gäste und Mitarbeiter durch das technische Wissen zu schützen und das Gebäude und die Systeme während des Notfalls zu erhalten sowie nach dem Einsatz verantwortungsbewusst dafür sorgen, dass der Hotelbetrieb umgehend wieder aufgenommen werden kann.
Der Technische Leiter muss in Notfallsituationen informiert werden. \nKostenoptimierung innerhalb der Abteilung\nUnfallverhütung und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz\nAusführen und Einhalten aller Kempinski Standards\n

Key Responsibilities\nTrain and instruct other members of the staff.\nRepair and / or adjust all types of electrical and HVAC equipment and cosmetic items. \nLook for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering Management.\nEmergencies - be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status. Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies.\nOptimise maintenance costs.\nAccident prevention and safety.\nComply with all Kempinski company policies.\nAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
