\n\nAviation-related degree and several years of relevant professional experience, or many years of relevant professional experience in an MRO.\nAt least three years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance in a Part 145 MRO.\nCompleted Train the Trainer course or a training certificate with relevant professional experience.\nKnowledge of aviation law, especially Part 145, Part 147, Part CAMO, and Part 66.\nTrainer qualification for Part 147 is desirable.\nKnowledge and expertise in designing courses that promote learning.\nVery good knowledge of company regulations and the required parts of the MOE is desirable.\nVery good knowledge of German.\nVery good knowledge of English.\nExcellent proficiency in MS Office.\nStrong social competence and communication skills, even in conflict situations and for knowledge transfer.\nConfident demeanor, flexibility, and team spirit.\nIndependent, results-oriented working style.\nHigh level of service orientation.\nAnalytical and structured thinking ability.\nHigh degree of self-initiative.\nStrong conceptual skills.\n\nOUR OFFER
