As a Technical Specialist in the Network Automation team at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in developing and testing carrier-grade IP network management and automation solutions, leveraging your expertise in IP domain and protocols like SNMP, NetConf, and gNMI to drive innovation, collaborate with passionate professionals, work on high-impact projects in a flexible environment, and help shape the future of network management and automation.

You Have:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years of work experience. Experience in testing design, writing test cases, raising defects, verifying fixes, patches & enhancements. Strong in test automation; including GUI automation (Selenium, JavaScript, html5, Mocha) and script development (shell/PERL/python) Experience in technologies like K8S, ELK, Prometheus, Kafka, Docker and databases like Postgres DB Knowledge of network management (EMS/NMS) concepts and basic protocols like SNMP, Netconf/Restconf, GNMI etc. In-depth Understanding of IP Networking (Routing & Switching) is must. Work with cross-functional agile teams in designing and developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems. Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to refine technical requirements. Participate in architectural discussions to refine and optimize system designs for scalability and performance. Engage in hands-on coding and system design, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices are maintained. Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, tools, and methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Contribute to challenging projects that push the boundaries of technology, working alongside some of the industry’s brightest engineers.
