You have: 

Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree with 6–8 years in software design, development, and testingFluency in Golang, Java/J2EE, or PythonDevelop and implement functional tests and automation using the Radish frameworkExperience with agile methodologiesExpertise in Kubernetes and Helm, Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, deployment strategies, and Helm chart creation and management

It would be nice if you also had: 

Knowledge of Prometheus / Victoria Metrics / GrafanaDemonstrated open-source contributions or a strong interest in open-source developmentLead & perform development activities of medium/high complexity features.Architect, design, develop, and test scalable software solutionsOwn and lead feature development and contribute to process improvementsCollaborate with peers to resolve technical issues and review design specsBuild and automate tests using frameworks like RadishUtilize tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Victoria Metrics for observabilityOperate in an agile environment and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
