This position will have the responsibility to build and manage the operational technical service team. This leader will be responsible for building both the processes and team who will deliver technical services. Additional responsibility will be to deliver continuous improvement and solution enhancements to improve the quality and service level to the customer.


Job Description

Lead the site’s technical service team to deliver a best in class productCollaborate with engineering teams to develop/enhance work instructions, processes and proceduresLead the site’s development of new products and maintain the technical service road map to align with the customer’s forecasted requirementsDefine the systems, processes and toolsets required to execute operational activities at the siteDevelop a training and monitoring program for the technicians to ensure products meet defined specificationsPlan and manage the operational resources required to meet forecasts and KPIsManage relationships with Technical Services partners and customer engineering staff to support technical service operations.Ensure all equipment used in the technical service operation is calibratedMaintain PM records for technical service equipment used at the siteValidate that processes and equipment are in adherence to contractual requirementsProvide onsite implementation planning and support for new service capabilitiesManage the NPI process for all technical services


Key Accountabilities

Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, required5+ years working expereince in technical electric lab environment, required2+ years people management, requiredKnowledge of forward and reverse logistics process flows and key enablers, requiredKnowledge of conveyance, automatic sortation equipment, material handling equipment, and product storage systems, preferred
