ENVIRONMENT: A highly driven and ambitious Technical Sales Rep is sought by a leading provider of Industrial Mechanical & Electrical Products to join its Joburg division. Your core role will entail developing new customer accounts and then maintaining customer service by providing quotations, technical advice and strong relationship management. You will also identify new customer opportunities and develop these into revenue. The ideal candidate will need Matric/Grade 12, 4 years’ B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceptional service to a recurring client base. Product and Industry training will be provided. DUTIES: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop a deep technical understanding of our product range and applications (training will be provided, expected duration of 6-12 months). Manage and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and utilize CRM software. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12/ Matric A qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering will be an advantage. 4 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales. Technical acumen and understanding are essential. Customer relationship management skills. Strong administrative, organizational and computer skills. Professional communication skills in Afrikaans and/or English are essential. Driver’s License.
