Technical Sales Manager, Pool & Water Solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Generating business pipeline according to Country Target directionPrepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation and value proposition of Diversey’s Water Solutions & water treatment products/services.To work directly and on site with customers providing dispenser installation, dispenser commissioning, equipment maintenance & calibration, water treatment testing, analysis, troubleshootingExecute all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, chemical stock management, new business implementation, and follow-up within designated Customer PortfolioEngage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.To work with current customers and prospects to find solutions meet desired sales and service needsManage swimming pool & industrial water treatment applications, including the routine water testing for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, RO Plant, and wastewater treatment applications

QUALIFICATION

Experience in sales, customer service, account, or team leadershipB.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus Working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.Excellent verbal and written skills in English.Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.The candidate must be willing to work independently (after proper training) and be a self-starter.Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutionsSome travel involvedValid driver’s license
