Job DescriptionAssure the development and execution of territory and account specific strategies in cooperation with the MEL Headquarter. Build long-term relationships with regional focus customers in order to drive sales and achieve sustained success.Use strong technical knowledge to position the technical benefits of our solution to best meet our customer's needs. Supporting mobile electronic sales for global and international customers coordinated by the MEL Headquarter Implement a robust step-by-step sales process with regular reviews (pathfinding activity). Work closely with other regional sales specialists and members of marketing and support teams. Planning and supporting regional marketing activities and trainings.Defining regional product requirements in cooperation with central departments.Consulting the customers with their system and software StructureProject management in terms of Mobile Electronics and SoftwareConstant communication with the customers to support them to implement our electronic systems for their applications.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics strongly preferredMinimum 1 - 3 years' experience in capital equipment sales / B2B sales Professional experience and knowledge in this technical area or sales in the b2b area are an advantage. Especially in the application of electronic control systems in the area of mobile machines (construction, agriculture, material handling, ...), in automotive environment or in industrial machinery.Excellent prospecting and customer acquisition skills.Familiarity with strategic sales processes for managing complex sales.A proactive approach, driven by results and reaching targets.A Networker and Team Player who likes enjoying common success with an international team.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Other work experience in the field of mobile machinery equipment (seen as beneficial).Experience with C, Codesys programming and MATLAB-Simulink modelingBackground with Autosar environmentGeneral knowledge about UDS, CAN, ISOBUS
