The Technical Release Engineer is a critical role within the Oracle’s CX Service product development team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the release process of Oracle CX Service’s products and services. This position ensures timely, efficient, and successful releases while maintaining high-quality standards

5+ Years of relevant experience in software industry. Proficiency in release management tools and version control systems. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality releases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices. Experience with agile methodologies is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Prior experience in handling QA and Program Management activities will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should possess a foundational knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and DevOps tools.
