The NetSuite Foundation team creates tools for developers who are internal, customers, or partners to extend and customize the suite for specific business needs. This is a development position with a team of technical writers. The technical writing team works with internal development scrum teams to produce API and other technical documentation on how to use our customization tools. This position will produce code samples in JavaScript and TypeScript, and add project samples to help topics. These samples will be provided in our online documentation, in our GitHub repository, and in other locations. The developer in this position may also help with creating content for our developer community to present our content in innovative ways. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer. Attention to detail; excellent English skills; and proficiency in proofreading, editing, writing, and verbal communication. Experience writing API or other developer documentation. Experience with large language models and generative AI. Self-starter; motivated and able to take the initiative. Demonstrated ability to deliver on complex, multi-person projects. Familiarity with Agile development, Oxygen Author, GitHub, and GitLab. Excellent strategic thinking, time management, and prioritization skills; ability to create high-quality documentation while meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
