You have:
A bachelor's degree in a technical field related to Telecommunications/IT.Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in IP Networking Domains.Strong working knowledge of Nokia IP/MPLS and Multivendor products.Knowledgeable in Network Management Systems, networking concepts and related technologies, E2E Mobile Solutions, Mobile & Packet Core concepts and related technologies.Experience managing complex customer environments, driving commitments, network activity to include services, deployment, migrations and upgrades.Good knowledge of integrating solutions, configuring network elements and troubleshooting customer networks.Experience working with remote technical support teams and tools.It would be nice if you also had:

Owns communication, scheduling, resource management, change management, risk mitigation, escalations, and all other areas of integration/deployment technical delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Support, to optimize project execution and enhance customer satisfaction.Manage project’s technical schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables while ensuring strict alignment with contractual agreements and internal stakeholders.Facilitate technical documentation creation, including HLD, LLD, and TSS, to support integration activities and project compliance.Drive customer issue resolution by identifying roadblocks and leading corrective actions, ensuring feedback loops for continuous improvement.Participate actively in project meetings, reviews, and handoff processes to represent the Technical Project Management team effectively.Support the pre-sales phase by aiding in technical planning and contributing to solution architecture proposals, ensuring seamless project initiation.Prepares/contributes and supports the PM to provide a comprehensive deployment status report for project stakeholders on a regular (weekly) schedule.When required, provide support for deployment activities by attending maintenance window work to manage the team and deliverables. Weekend work may be required.Lead the closing and delivery of final project technical documentation.Perform resolution and closing of technical deployment issues.Provide input to Operations Reviews and Lessons LearnedParticipate in Project Handoff / Knowledge transfer to CARE.
