Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for driving and executing the projects over Industrialization of the manufacturing processes by introducing new production technology, expand capacity and optimizing existing manufacturing processes. This on-site position is part of the Engineering team located in Poland, Stargard. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. You will be responsible for running small and large projects within operations, driving the project from the early idea and scoping phase right to the end where the project is implemented and sustained. Your main tasks: + Development and Introduction of New Products and processes + Implementation of new business systems (e.g., software and procedures) + Product maintenance and optimization of existing production + Kaizen events and Problem-Solving Processes + Perform technical analysis and root cause analyses, + Quality improvements You will be a part of the Engineering team and report to the Senior Manager, Technical Projects, responsible for executing the projects and initiatives related to production technology, capacity expansion and existing manufacturing processes optimization. You will work cross-functionally between Operations, R&D, QA, and Global Supply Chain, within the medical device business. The cross-functional projects expose you to many peers in the organization and enable you to build relations to other passionate and dedicated professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + + Drive various projects within operations, right from idea to implementation + Define project scope and objectives, based on input from stakeholders + Develop realistic project schedules, resource planning, budget, deliverables, and risk management + Act with cross-functional and technical teams to execute your project + Deliver projects on time and within budget + Plan, conduct and monitor the test to ensure the proper quality, + Use PPAP methodology to perform and support the validation of processes and equipment. + Maintain transparency through Visual Project Management and other LEAN tools The essential requirements of the job include: + Engineering education, preferably with a background in robotics and automation + Core quality knowledge as 8D, MSA, SPC and FMEA + Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset + Validation of processes and equipment + Able to maintain close working relationships with management, colleagues, team members, internal and external stakeholders. + Good interpersonal and communication skills + Fluent in English and Polish It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Software programming, automation, and manufacturing optimization + Experience of working in cleanrooms/controlled environments, with dispensing technologies or with machine purchasing and implementation + Working in a GMP controlled environment and experience with the validation of processes and equipment are an advantage Join our winning team today.
