Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Program Manager adept at working within Business Operations, alongside experience managing both project and program level initiatives to join the Open VisaNet PMO team. Experience of reporting software including PowerBI development and utilisation of GenAI tools to foster productivity improvements will be a distinct advantage.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver small to medium programs/projects on time, in scope and on budget, supporting the creation of required plans and artifacts and the ability to own and manage a risk or dependency plan. They will provide feedback to help evolve workflow processes and policies to fit the ever-changing needs and capabilities of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships within the Open VisaNet PMO and wider Program team
Ability to act quickly, seamlessly and professionally in response to fast-changing problem situations
Ensure Program governance including Financials, Delivery Status and Compliance/Audit requirements across multiple delivery teams are reported accurately and in a timely manner to the Program leadership and wider Portfolio Operations team
Coordination of Annual Planning for multiple Programs working alongside Finance Business Partners and Product Management
Updating of resource allocations and forecasts monthly or as and when required based on changing Product Management requirements
Assist with developing and own the updating of complex Excel spreadsheets and documents in the PMO, providing improvement suggestions as and when found
Augmentation of multiple data points into standardized reporting suites using PowerBI or other similar applications
Be a champion for increasing PMO productivity and process improvement using GenAI tools
Support the production of Project plan updates, status and milestone reports and presentations
Prepare and support project/work stream meetings, including meeting management, minute taking, preparing agendas and document distribution
Manage risks and issues relating to the Program, ensuring timely updates including mitigating actions are provided to the wider Open VisaNet team.
