This pivotal role serves to make content accessible for audiences with sensory disabilities and speakers of different languages, ensuring that our content is inclusive, meaningful and in line with relevant editorial and regulatory policies.
What you will do:- Operate various workflow tools for the preparation and delivery of services such as subtitling, audio description, language studio work and capacity control tasks.
- Effectively manage access services production, liaising with stakeholders, customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Produce, deliver and monitor compliance of access services files or streams, escalating any delivery or compliance issues to appropriate parties.
- Perform stringent quality control tasks on your own work as well as work produced by others to meet client and business requirements.
- Ensure proper administration, archiving and retrieval of source materials related to access service production. Report and escalate any technical issues as and when required.
- Participate and contribute to various training programs, recruitment tests and interviews to help meet organization�s target requirements.
