Are you an experienced STIBO STEP MDM consultant looking for new challenges? Join our team as a Technical Lead / Techno-Functional Consultant and utilize your expertise in projects for our clients!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead / Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in the STIBO STEP MDM platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MDM solutions, collaborating with clients, and leading the technical team. If you are proactive, possess strong analytical skills, and can communicate effectively in English, then this offer is for you.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements and design the technical architecture of STIBO STEP MDM solutions.Implement and configure the STIBO STEP system, including data modeling, user interface configuration, workflow, business rules, and integrations.Provide technical support to the project team, resolve technical issues, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.Manage change packages and data updates.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with implemented solutions.Prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience working with STIBO STEP MDM.Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEP.Experience in configuring the STIBO STEP system, including:User group and privilege setupData modeling (attributes, attribute groups, data containers, references)Web UI configuration (search screens, sub-screens, pop-ups)Integration endpoint configuration (SOAP, REST, IDOC)Workflow configurationBusiness rule creation (JavaScript/Rhino Scripting)Package and change managementData import and export configurationXSL TransformationsXML file creationGolden Records configuration (matching and linking)Familiarity with STIBO STEP API and Extension APIKnowledge of various STIBO STEP implementation techniques.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.Higher education degree (technical fields preferred).

Nice to have:

Experience with other MDM platforms.STIBO STEP certifications.
