Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst-Support-related occupation.
Position requires:
Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, and troubleshooting customers’ technical issues related to Hyperion Applications; Smart View and troubleshooting connectivity issues as well as technical issues related to applications; Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems, and Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases; Performance tuning of applications; Installing software, upgrades, patches, and multitasking software products; Remote diagnostics and test environmentsCareer Level - IC3
