Job Description
Directly manage key technology customer relationship within region. Provide network operational focus for the customer around service KPI’s and other specific targets or goals mutually determined by DHL and the customer. Develop deeper understanding of customer and customer supply chain in order to optimize the value DHL can bring to the business. Alignment with customer on strategic planning and execution, inclusive of production planning.
Required Education and Experience
