Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development of SAP IBP Real-time Integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on getting SAP IBP natively integrated with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This role covers the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research, including customer interviews and competitor analysis to identify integration needs and opportunities Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmap for SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ERP systems Define and prioritize integration features, creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team Manage the product backlog and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Germany, Hungary, and the United States throughout the development process Monitor and analyze integration performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and product improvements Coordinate integration solution launches and present updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product value and features Gather and incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of integration solutionsRequirements:
3+ years of experience in product management or consulting, preferably in supply chain software Strong understanding of SAP IBP, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP ERP systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate business problems into technical language and present technical details in clear, easy-to-follow business language Experience with product discovery techniques and customer-centric design Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment Proficiency in product management tools and SAP technologiesPreferred Qualifications:
Hands on experience with integration technologies, e.g., APO-CIF (Core Interface) Integration framework and capabilities Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ERP PP/MM/SD modules in manufacturing industries is a big plus Knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and integration frameworks
