Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Monitoring the project schedule, reporting and status tracking
Follow up with suppliers and buyers to obtain the information on quality and compliance to ensure to meet project deadline
Analysis of materials on the basis of bill of material and creation of material data sheet
Analyze and validate the supplier declaration and compliance documents
Setup Calls / meetings with Suppliers and internal stake holders on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis for taking it to closure
Creation of reports in MS office. Maintenance of reports as per customer needs
Educational qualification:
BE/B-Tech in Chemical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering or BSc-Environmental Science
Experience :
1-3
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proven experience in environmental supplier governance.
Preferred Skills :
Strong knowledge of regulations (REACh, ROHs, ELV, PFAS, etc.) and industry best practices.
Knowledge of End-of-Life Vehicles Directives, IMDS recommendation, Conflict minerals and corporate social responsibility
Working experience on IMDS, CDX and FMD.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies for environmental governance.
Knowledge on MS Office products
Good communication and client management skills
Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Knowledge on Macros will be added advantage
