**Description:**
Assist in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other Rooms Departments to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue. Ensure seamless operations while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s brand standards.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years' work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
