Team Leader- Regency Club - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown
**Description:** You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Regency Club Lounge, ensuring that all guests especially VIPs and loyalty members receive personalized and seamless service. You will lead a small team to deliver premium hospitality experiences in line with brand standards, creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests to relax, dine and work. **Qualifications:** • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in guest services or front office with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. • Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in luxury or 5-star hotel settings preferred. • Proficient in English; additional languages is an advantage. • Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera Cloud, POS) is advantageous. • Presentable, confident and calm under pressure. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. **Primary Location:** MY-Kuala Lumpur **Organization:** Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Front Office **Req ID:** KUA002989 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
