As a Team Leader – Front Office (Night Shift) at Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District, you will be responsible for supervising the front office operations during the overnight shift. You will ensure smooth late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest inquiries and concerns, support the Night Auditor, and lead the team to uphold Hyatt's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences—even during the quietest hours of the day.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise the Front Office team during the night shift to ensure consistent service excellence.
Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and any late-night requests or concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night hours, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee the completion of night audit tasks and support the Night Auditor in generating reports.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and engineering teams as needed to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Ensure all front office procedures are followed in accordance with Hyatt standards and local policies.
Monitor room availability, late arrivals, and early departures; communicate relevant information to the morning shift.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest complaints, and shift handovers.
Guide, support, and motivate the night team to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Report any unusual occurrences or security concerns to the Manager on Duty and relevant departments.

Ability to remain calm and resourceful during emergencies or guest complaints.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible with working hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
