About this opportunity:
Tax Manager main responsibilities are to assure compliance with tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, to provide expert tax advice, and to ensure high quality in tax accounting and reporting.
Tax Manager is functionally responsible for Tax Specialist activities.

Main responsible for Tax Management activities within hubEnsure compliance with local tax legislationEnsure tax efficiency Ensure high quality in tax accounting and reportingMitigate tax risksProvide tax adviceEnsure alignment with global tax processes and directivesSupervise activities within Tax ManagementReview and approve income tax calculations, accounting, and filing Review and approve indirect tax calculations, accounting, and filingReview and approve withholding tax calculations, accounting, and filingAnalyze tax positions and take corrective actionsManage tax payments/refundsIdentify potential tax risks/liabilitiesManage outsourced tax service providersManage transfer price documentation and argumentationReview and approve FIRE tax reportingManage tax auditsSupport Statutory and FIRE auditsProvide tax advice to management/operational unitsSignoff of applicable SOX controlsDrive tax efficiency and quality programs
The skills you bring:
Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and/or Tax LawExtensive experience in local and international tax legislationKnowledgeable in GAAP (i.e. local GAAPs, IFRS, and Group Directives) Knowledgeable and understanding of financial systems
