Responsibilities

Support in the preparation and follow up of VAT form and VAT recovery requestsCalculation and remittance of municipal taxesTax Accounting and Reporting: working papers, VAT reconciliations, Tax credits, income tax, etc.Support in the preparation of income tax form and magnetic media.Assistance of tax authority requirementsAssistance on the elaboration of supporting documentation for compliance purposes.Active communication with other departmentsSupport in stakeholders´ tax related queries

It is indispensable for this position:

3-4 years of experience in multinational environment or Big 4 related to Taxes functions. Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background.English: intermediate levelMS Office: intermediate levelExperience with ERP systems desired (SAP experience is preferred).Proactive Service Orientation and Analytical CapabilityTrack record of compliance culture maintenance and enforcement.Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization.Good communication skills.Excellent team player with the motivation to drive and improve our Tax team processes
