Job Purpose:

The Senior Manager of Talent Management is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves overseeing development, and retention of top talent, ensuring that the company has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various departments to create a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:\nTalent Strategy Development:\n\nDesign and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that support business objectives.\nAnalyze workforce trends and identify future talent needs.\n\n\n\n

Employee Development:

\n\nCreate and manage programs for employee development, and succession planning.\nFacilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.\n\n\n\n

Performance Management:

\n\nDevelop and implement performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.\nProvide guidance to managers on performance feedback and employee evaluations.\n\n\n\n

Data Analysis and Reporting:

\n\nUtilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make data-driven decisions.\nPrepare reports for senior leadership on talent management metrics and progress.\n\n\n\n

Compliance and Best Practices:

\n\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management.\nEnsure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.\n\n\nWho we are looking for:\n10+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.\nStrong understanding of talent management principles and practices.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nProven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.\nStrong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nStrong leadership and coaching abilities.\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.\nPassion for developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.\nAdvanced English\n\n
