Candidate Engagement: Be the go-to person for candidates, ensuring they feel important and appreciated at every stage of their journey. Your personalized interactions will make a lasting impression.
Swift & Efficient: Drive a seamless, accurate and enjoyable hiring experience, ensuring candidates progress swiftly while feeling supported and cared for.
Be Proactive: Anticipate the needs of our candidates, managers and Internal partners by taking the initiative to enhance your own abilities and skills. Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and focus on delivering outstanding services with pace and accuracy.
AI Enabled: Be obsessed with eliminating unnecessary tasks and repetition of work where appropriate. Leverage modern tools and technologies to streamline efforts, create space to add value and provide a more human experience the customer
Clear Communication: Set clear expectations and deliver on them consistently. Communicate proactively to address needs and potential obstacles before they arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey.

Day-to-day
Take Ownership: Be responsible for the entire hiring journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards at every step.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with hiring managers, talent partners, and other departments to create a seamless experience for new employees.
Embrace Automation: Look for ways to automate tasks and remove unnecessary steps to provide an excellent experience for candidates.
Adapt Quickly: Be ready to handle new and unique situations by thinking creatively and solving problems on the spot.
What you’ll need:
Great Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and people skills with the ability and confidence to speak to people from a variety of backgrounds and levels
Problem Solving: Ability to proactively solve challenges, find effective solutions, and act fast to keep things moving smoothly.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently.
Adaptability: Flexible mindset and ability to respond to changing direction or priorities quickly.
Attention to Detail: Has a keen eye for detail and ensures accuracy across all role elements is achieved
Tech Savvy: Is competent is the use of business applications, MS office suite of tools and recruitment systems.
Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer facing or service delivery role. Experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate Familiarity with HRIS tools (preferred but not required) Amenable to working in shifting schedules and PH Holidays
