In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for both operational and administrative positions, working closely with HR and business leaders. From job posting to onboarding, you’ll ensure a seamless, data-driven, and inclusive hiring experience—powered by the latest recruitment technology.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational and administrative roles.Create and publish job ads tailored to local market dynamics.Leverage AI-driven platforms such as Eightfold and LinkedIn Talent Insights.Ensure all hiring practices are inclusive, compliant, and aligned with Ericsson’s standards.
What You Bring
2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools.Fluent English is required.Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
