Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the CHRO, you will own global hiring (50-75 positions per year)While the role is TA focused, the successful candidate must be willing to jump in across all parts of the people function when needed. Collaborating with the people team to develop and implement people policies and procedures that support a growing global organization with big objectives.Own the candidate sourcing and selection processes that bring us the best talent in the world. Contribute to the design and delivery of comprehensive onboarding and training programs to support employee development and retention.Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5-7 years minimum of experience in HR ideally in a global environment. 2+ years in talent acquisition-ideally in the tech/SAAS spaceAbility to cultivate and build relationships, adapting interpersonal skills to various audiences.Operational capability to prioritize needs daily.Analytic capability to be utilized with a variety of people related metrics and total rewards projects.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.Limited travel-estimated at 10%You don’t need to know all the answers-just be willing to help find them
