Operational Tasks:

Managing job postings across various platformsCoordinating interview schedules and logisticsAssist with candidate communicationsMaintaining recruitment databases updated

Agile and Proactive Support:

Providing timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress

Strategic Prioritization:

Assessing urgency and impact of various hiring needs to prioritize effort.

Candidate Experience Management

Ensure timely and professional communication with all applicants

For success in this entry-level Talent Acquisition role, the following experience would be valuable:

Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (valued)Skilled in handling diverse tasks and workflows in parallelStrong communication skills in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.Calendar management in administrative tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
