Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of North America-based recruiters, providing both strategic and day-to-day support through activities such as recruitment pipelining, creative sourcing, and end-to-end hiring process management. This is a hands-on role that includes direct recruitment responsibilities alongside leadership duties.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with Hiring Leaders: Develop talent acquisition plans and solutions to meet immediate talent needs and drive long-term business growth.Innovative TA Strategies: Create and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to address recruitment challenges both regionally and globally.Team Oversight: Oversee and direct the activities of the Talent Acquisition Team, including requisition management and business alignment.Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor direct reports through individualized developmental plans and strategies aligned with overall team growth and engagement.Performance Metrics: Utilize talent acquisition performance metrics to coach the team and continuously improve TA operations.Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional-level technical recruiting experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Leadership: At least 1 year of leadership experience required; experience managing remote employees preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree required.Other Requirements:
