The TA Coordinator will be responsible for the pre-hire stage and for providing administrative assistanceto the selection process, helping us to have the best talent for the position through an efficient andtimely process.YOUR CHALLENGES • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process starting with junior and semi-sr positions.• Prepare and review documentation on new hires, working side by side with the share servicecenter and local HR• Coordinate and lead the pre-employment process of all new hires• Coordinate, review, and lead the internship programs• Work together with HR Country on strategic projects making focus on internal talent.• Go deeper into data analytics, adding value to the sector in the management of indicators• Serve as administrative support with suppliers (invoice control and monitoring, creation ofpurchase orders in SAP, etc.)WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOU • Professionals or advanced students of HR/Psychology/Business Administration• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting.• Advanced English• Office package• Desirable SAP• Power BI is a plus!• Interest in the Agricultural industry• Availability to work at our offices in Vicente Lopez (Hibryd mode)• We are looking for profiles with organizational capacity, creative and excellent interpersonalrelationships.* This is a fixed term position for one year
