We are currently seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer – Large Enterprise to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

You would act as the key Account Manager for technical enablement and solution design across the Large Enterprise customer segment.

As a Systems Engineer – Large Enterprise, you will:

• Guide all technical aspects of the customer engagement process, from responding to RFIs to managing RFPs/RFQs and coordinating Proof of Concept activities with both internal and partner teams
• Interpret and translate customer technical requirements, using insight to build solutions that effectively address their needs and stand out from competing alternatives
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer and partner engagements, working closely with the associated sales team member
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, along with a thorough understanding of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and how our offerings provide lasting protection
• Communicate the value of Fortinet’s solutions clearly and confidently, using methods such as remote or in-person presentations, whiteboarding, technical documentation, and solution discussions
• Efficiently manage multiple engagements while delivering a positive and responsive experience to our customers
• Accurately maintain technical details and activity records in our CRM (Salesforce) for customer and prospect accounts

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as encryption and authentication, with knowledge of network security, intrusion prevention, malware protection, routing, switching, LAN and WAN being a plus
• Experience in a pre-sales engineering role, where you were responsible for managing the technical components of deals from initial engagement through to technical closure
• An ability to address challenges and identify solutions that contribute to successful business outcomes
• Effective communication skills, especially in translating complex technical topics for diverse audiences across internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with technologies and protocols such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
• CISSP certification is a plus
