Working closely with operations and engineering teams, the System Analyst 3 will primarily focus on supporting the Back-End tier of the Millennium architecture.  The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding and hands on experience with Linux environment, understanding of networking concepts, hands-on experience with troubleshooting and working in production environment, and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, daily software updates across multiple customer base, responding to customer service requests, system upgrades and resource optimization, security implementations. You will implement monitoring for servers and systems and respond to alarms to prevent or resolve impacts to production systems. You will manage change and project activities while communicating with impacted stakeholders.
