The below initiatives are primarily the tasks that the new hire will be involved in:

Critical troubleshooting in one of our products with core RCA skill in Windows systems OCI migration for several projects where team is engaged in migration of existing solution from on-prem / AWS to Cloud (OCI) SME experience in Linux for troubleshooting of all nature for critical client systems Must be willing to participate in 12X7 on-call rotation once in 4-6 weeks (All team members in rotation) Improving client experience by resolving urgent and mission critical issues as and when identified / reported and providing subject matter handling incidents

Must have skills: Linux Administration, Windows Administration, Docker fundamentals, Docker Swarm Basics, Zabbix fundamentals, Cloud Fundamentals

Nice to have: Splunk, New Relic, F5, Shell / Python Scripting, Kubernetes
