Systems Analysis Associate Advisor
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented IT professional with hands-on experience working in an IT development environment, driving requirements engineering towards positive outcomes. This position is responsible for eliciting business requirements and transform them into user stories for the development team. As a domain/module expert, they have proven ability to align technology efforts with business expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities
This individual will work closely with product, development teams, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements milestones with high accuracy.
Writes and maintains a healthy backlog of stories in Jira.
Works with the IT Strategy lead in aligning stories for development that meets business priorities.
Acts as an expert technical resource to development and product teams in all phases of the development and implementation process.
Identifies risks and dependencies
Proven ability to balance multiple, concurrent/parallel activities
Qualifications
Required Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or engineering or related course work
8 to 11 years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing and product documentation
Experience working on requirements for various application layers (UX, API and DB),
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecyle.
Proven ability to conduct in-depth triage on issues impacting one or more teams
Proven ability to balance multiple parallel activities.
Desired Experience:
Healthcare domain knowledge
Web and Mobile application project experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary.
