We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced System Engineers to work in the Operation and Maintenance Framework (O&M) or High Availability (HA) area within Cloud Native development on a container-based micro-service architecture. You will be part of a team with highly skilled General System Managers, where you jointly plan the work and share tasks and knowledge. Some of the challenges are maintaining focus on priorities, communicate, inspire and be active in studies needed to drive the area towards the product vision.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will shape the technical vision and mission of our network systems, contribute to product evolution plans, and ensure the accuracy of system requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating on product evolution plans and roadmaps.
• Providing insights from both functional and platform perspectives.
• Validating system requirements for accuracy.
• Generating and maintaining critical product requirements and studies.
• Overseeing project artifacts and feature perspectives.
• Supporting technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
• Providing technical guidance to multi-functional teams.
• Assisting in technical problem-solving for customer issues.
• Participating in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Addressing architectural issues and system critical features.
• Contributing to standardization efforts internally and externally.
• Engaging in End-to-End (E2E) studies, including IMS Voice.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in Telecom area
• Hands-on and proven experience & knowledge in one of the

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with standardization processes and the mobile broadband standard
The position is open for JS 6 or JS 7 depending on the candidate's experience.
Possible place of work: Kraków or Łódź, office presence 3 days a week is required.
