Our Learning Platform Team is part of the Nokia Business Services group within the Technology & Digital Transformation division. We focus on optimizing and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) and related technologies to ensure effective training and development for Nokia employees. Role Overview:

As a System Administrator Trainee at Nokia, you’ll involve administering, maintaining, and supporting our learning management systems LMS, working hand-in-hand with digital counterparts, developers, and solution experts to optimize user experience and troubleshoot issues. Dive into exciting projects utilizing SCORM and xAPI standards while contributing to professional growth initiatives. What is Nokia looking from me:

Strong aptitude for customer support and client management, coupled with effective project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, capable of clearly articulating messages to diverse audiences and through various channels. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in training or customer/client support roles is advantageous. Must have experience with lean, agile, and design thinking methodologies, demonstrating a proven ability to apply customer-centric, data-driven, and iterative approaches to problem-solving and solution development. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
 

As part of the team, you will:

Troubleshoot system admin issues, tasks, and data feed issues; set up and maintain user and administrator accounts with appropriate access; add or edit entities in the system.Test and troubleshoot web-based training, including SCORM and xAPI standards; manage dynamic groups, learning assignments, large-scale course deployments, and curricula.Review new release functionalities, assist clients with feature enablement and rollout, and provide recommendations for platform optimization.Create and update performance review tasks, competencies, competency models, assessments, development plans, observation checklists, and generate standard, ad-hoc, and recurring system reports.Manage and develop learning programs for the LMS, including content management (online course loading, ILT onsite class enrolment input, curriculum development, and other training management).Collaborate with clients to determine optimal tools for delivering training programs, managing mandatory annual training and performance management tasks, and standardizing, streamlining, and coordinating business and system processes.Serve as liaison between clients and technical resources, escalating issues and achieving resolution; analyze configuration designs, make improvement recommendations, and create tool job aids and training guides for end-users and administrators.
