As part of Oracle Finance GBU - Banking-Application Management Support team, SaaSOps will be taking the complete responsibility of supporting & maintaining the applications, environment on the OCI (Oracle Cloud). New hire is expected to support 24 x 7 Operation to SaaS customers, associated banking cloud services and products.
SaaSOps is expected to possess strong troubleshooting skills and will need to work on ticketing-based system to resolve issues, monitor various aspects of the services as part of the day-to-day job.
Also, he/she will work on the critical and non-critical issues from the queues, escalation channels and other modes of assignments.
Candidate would be expected to update Service Requests with the technical and non-technical solutions, meet SLA requirements and interact with other functional teams, customers, customer management team, Product engineering team as and when required.
