The position
As an SVP Communication Partner, you will provide expert communication counsel and support to senior executives, driving alignment with organisational objectives through effective messaging and engagement strategies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance internal communications and foster employee engagement across the SVP area Craft impactful messages and presentations for SVPs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals Provide personalised coaching and training to improve the communication skills and public speaking abilities of SVPs Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and report on key performance indicators for continuous improvement Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that communication strategies align with leadership objectives, prioritising key organisational initiatives

About the department
The primary function of this role is to address the communication needs within Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C), a pivotal department responsible for ensuring compliance and excellence in our processes. You will be a key part of Development Communication, a team dedicated to fostering engaging and impactful communication throughout the Development division.
By collaborating with various stakeholders, we work collectively towards achieving shared communication objectives. As the leader of communication within one of the Development departments, your contributions will be vital in shaping our strategy, setting standards, and providing guidance to senior leaders across the organisation.
