TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:
1.    Collaborate with business and BP team to lead Learning & Development Planning process in South plants including facilitate annual training need analysis, build up annual training plan, and follow through the plan at high quality level. 
2.    Source and develop learning & development contents based on plant training needs, and able to customize based on business evolving situation.
3.    Develop regional training solutions for South plants’ common training needs, act as project manager for region/country integrated training and BU talent development Program, and follow up progress in the full project cycle, effectively utilize the training resources cross South plants. 
4.    Provide monthly training activities and insights report dashboard of South plants to effectively track and measure training quality and impact.
5.    Co-work with Global Talent Management team or HR Service team to build up/ optimize digital learning platform, continuously review and track the learning modules & process with user experience and TEOA mindset.
6.    Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate training records.
7.    Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members to build their capabilities and drive team engagement.

Requirements: 
1.    Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Organizational Development and etc.
2.    At least 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
3.    Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in a multi-factory or multi-site environment.
4.    Strong passion for training and be interested in adopting up-to-date training trends/technology to daily training work.
5.    Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align training initiatives with business goals and priorities.
6.    Ability to deal with a multitude of complex challenges simultaneously.
7.    Be willing to travel in South Region (~20% working time)
