We are currently looking for Supply Chain specialists for our newly established Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica near Wrocław.  The Planning Services Centre in Oleśnica is a newly established hub designed to streamline and enhance our supply chain operations across Europe. The Planning Services Centre serves as the central point for all supply chain planning activities, including Transport Planning, Material Planning, and Supply Planning- Master Production Scheduling.

Key responsibilities

 

Supply Planner (Master Production Scheduler) is responsible for the area of Supply Planning within the Supply Chain function at defined area, including:

 

Responsible for utilizing the commercial depletion demand signal, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets with DC replenishment requirements. Enable & deliver a comprehensive network supply plan within SAP which meet all financial requirements, operational capabilities, and service objectives including OTIF. Communicates and interacts with demand planners, customer management, supply planners, sales, and finance to provide distributor and replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for assigned BU (Customer PSI and predictive OTIF reports). Makes recommendations on actions needed to meet actual and forecasted demand. Responsible for reviewing that the system generated planned order generations align and are correctly converted to process orders within downstream detailed production scheduling horizon. Responsible for generating supply plans and dispatching materials to our third party manufactures to ensure service to our customers. Responsible for managing aging finished goods as part of Kerry’s inventory control tower process. Supply Planner partners with commercial, demand planning, and senior supply chain stakeholders to reduce risk and prevent reoccurrence.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in a Supply Chain/ Planning related role Industry/Sector Experience: Experience in the Food Ingredients & Flavours or Beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory) and Excel is required. Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous
