Job Description:

L6 Supply Driver- Blue ShiftSite: KKC- Columbus, OHShift: Blue (7:00pm-7:30am, following a 2x2x3 Shift Pattern)

*Additional shift rotation details will be provided in the interview process.*

The Supply Driver will ensure that the appropriate materials are supplied to the assigned production areas and lines, will shrink-wrap any material to be stored / or returned to the warehouse, and will check pallet tickets and loads for accuracy.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Supply all areas with packaging and other supplies as required.

Maintain inventory control through proper use of computer terminals and scanners.

Communicate with various operators and the Production Administrative Coordinator concerning inventories.

Assure that the sanitation levels for the area are properly maintained.

Perform relief duties as needed in the area.

Participate in area Visual Workplace and participate in the OHBA process.

Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot and cold, dust, dirt and chemicals.

Physical Requirements:

Must not be unusually sensitive to chemicals (contact lenses not recommended) 

Vision correctable to 20/20 

Standing on a concrete floor 

Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform) 

Bending, stooping, twist, turn, standing for extended time periods, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting to 35 lbs. 

Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust dirt and chemicals 

Able to work with minimal supervision 

Forklift assignments require OSHA certification and getting on and off the lift truck frequently
