**Roles & Responsibilities**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
• SAP Transaction Support: Assist in performing standard SAP transactions, including purchase requisitions, material planning updates, and scheduling agreements, under the guidance of senior associates.
• Delivery Note Management: Support the preparation and management of delivery notes for shipments, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all details.
• Purchase Requisitions Processing: Help process purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring proper documentation and timely procurement actions.
• Exception Message Handling: Assist in monitoring and processing exception messages, addressing system issues and escalating as necessary.
• Scheduling Agreement Support: Support the creation and maintenance of scheduling agreements, ensuring smooth coordination between procurement and delivery teams.
• MRP Data Maintenance: Help maintain and update MRP data, ensuring accurate material flow and product availability.
• Ad-hoc Actions & MM Planning Support: Assist in executing ad-hoc actions and updates to material management planning parameters, following guidance from senior team members.
• Late PO Follow-up: Support the management of late or unconfirmed purchase orders to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies.
• EDI Transmission Control: Assist in monitoring and resolving discrepancies during EDI transmissions from vendors.
• Business Reporting & Analytics: Contribute to generating basic reports and supporting the tracking of KPIs to monitor supply chain performance.
• High-Quality & On-Time Delivery: Assist in ensuring high-quality standards and contribute to the on-time delivery of products through collaboration with logistics teams.
• Process Improvement Support: Contribute to process improvement activities by identifying areas for operational enhancements and supporting automation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Support relationship management with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and assisting in process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement Participation: Actively participate in continuous improvement projects, providing feedback and supporting process optimization efforts.
**Desired Candidate**
**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or Logistics.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a product-based or manufacturing environment.

• SAP & MS Office Tools: Proficient in executing basic SAP transactions in core supply chain functions such as purchase requisitions and material planning updates and using Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Logistics & Material Planning: Understands the basic principles of logistics and material planning processes and can support related tasks.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate data and assist in basic reporting, tracking KPIs and other performance metrics.
• RCA & Process Support: Contributes to identifying basic operational issues and assists in problem resolution.
• KPI Delivery & Data Entry: Helps in maintaining key performance indicators and accurately inputs data into supply chain systems.
• Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports to support supply chain decision-making
