About this opportunity:


Our global Phase out team in Ericsson plays a vital role in managing the late stage of product life cycle to minimize waste and improve overall operational performance for cost avoidance. We are seeking a Supply Chain Control Specialist focused on excess management to continue the development and evolvement in this area.
The Supply Chain Control Specialist - Excess Management will oversee inventory management processes related to excess materials, driving strategies to prevent and reduce surplus, and to optimize stock levels via balancing delivery capability. This role involves analyzing inventory data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to manage excess efficiently. Meanwhile, this is role to create automation opportunities in supply chain and enable digital capability for business efficiencies with innovations. To be successful in the role, we believe that you have strong analytical skills, able to provide solutions and get results in a complicated environment.

What you will do:

Collaborate with supply chain teams to align excess management practices and excess operations with global strategies.Develop and automate global excess operation process and governance with stakeholders worldwide.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track excess inventory metrics and performance indicators.Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives related to excess management.Develop and implement global strategies, processes and governance for managing excess inventory and improve turnover rates.Drive the implementation and management of OKRs to align goals with change management and ensure sustainability requirements.Lead initiatives to implement digital tools and technologies that support process optimization and automation.

 

The skills you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economy, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or similar.Familiarity with data visualization tools and capability to create and maintain dashboard in Power BI is a merit.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and driving skills with systematic and innovative thinking.Strong communication and coordination skills both in written and oral English.Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
